Revenge will be the aim for Danny Thompson's side as Blackfield & Langley are the visitors for the final festive clash.

It was a single-goal defeat for Baffins at Gang Warily back in October, with Dom Panesar-Dower curling home a free-kick during the second-half in an uneventful contest.

That victory for Blackfield is one of only three they have managed so far this campaign, sitting second bottom of the table on eleven points, six points ahead of strugglers Lymington Town - who beat the Watersiders 3-0 last weekend.

Wayne Harris was appointed Blackfield & Langley boss in the summer, and has rebuilt an entire squad from the one that completed the 2022/23 campaign. Among the new faces is Josh Rose, who departed Baffins in November to make the switch to the Southampton-based outfit, after helping Southern League Sholing's injury crisis.

And Harris' side begin their post-Christmas schedule with a trip to PO3 needing three points, after three successive defeats, to pull away from the single relegation place.

Baffins head into the clash after back-to-back victories rounded off five successive away fixtures. Thompson's side followed up from their record-breaking 8-0 victory at Christchurch with a resolute display at United Services Portsmouth.

Kelvin Robinson scored either side of the break before Tom Rolls reduced the deficit for the hosts in Gunwharf, but Baffins endured a late enslaught with a man disadvantage after Rob Evans' sin-bin.

Since the last home clash, Baffins have bolstered their ranks with Dan Walster, Noah Maund and Ben Fox - who could make their home debuts on Saturday.
